If you are residing in the United States and your Personal Information was potentially compromised in the Data Incident discovered by Akeela on or about June 22, 2023, you may be a Class Member and eligible for Settlement Benefits. Excluded from the Settlement Class are: (1) Akeela, and its officers and directors; (2) all Settlement Class Members who timely and validly request exclusion from the Settlement Class; (3) the presiding judge, and his or her staff and family; and (4) any other Person found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be guilty under criminal law of initiating, causing, aiding or abetting the criminal activity occurrence of the Data Incident or who pleads nolo contendere to any such charge.

The deadline to submit a Claim Form online is May 25, 2026. If you are mailing your Claim Form, it must be mailed with a postmark date no later than May 25, 2026.
